You can see this as slash or just Mozenrath offering his nenemis to join him, using his flashy powers as seduction. Or you can see it as both! Mozenrath has offered Aladdin a place by his side, because even if he isn't a mage, he is still strong and wily and would make a great ally.

So maybe, even after Aladdin has refused him, Mozenrath would continue to try to show Aladdin that there's more to life than being a hero, that it might be fun to explore the power and seduction of black magic.

I don't think Mozenrath could shoot out bolts of energy with his normal hand, but that's just artistic license on my part
