The New Apprentice

So I had another back story idea. An AU, I guess.

Mozenrath was an apprentice to an evil and sadistic sorcerer named Destane, a man that even Jafar feared. One day Mozenrath took his master's powers and turned him into one of his undead guard/slaves. So now he sits pretty on his very own throne over miles of dead, deathly black sand and zombies and ghastly magical creatures.

So that's the canon part.

So my idea is that Destane got turned back into a human, maybe by another sorcerer that would benefit from having him freed. I wouldn't imagine that Mozenrath would be very popular amongst his peers.

Meanwhile, he and Aladdin are fighting as usual. Destane finds them and traps them. Upon recognizing his ex-master, Mozenrath is speechless with shock and fright. Figuring out what's going on, Aladdin interferes with Destane's furious, vengeful attack on Mozenrath, saving him. Destane is impressed, but he doesn't let either of them go. He instead "offers" for Aladdin to become his new apprentice, and takes the gauntlet from Mozenrath. He drains some power from it, so there is just enough to use magic, but Destane would still be able to control the wearer. Since they are cut off from his friends, Aladdin has no choice but to at least pretend to agree.

He then thinks it would be a good idea to use the gauntlet and leran the magic so that one day he will overpower Destane himself and then put an end to these evil bastards threatening his home.

He convinces Destane to allow Mozenrath to be his assitsant, claiming that he could be useful. Of course in my imagining of this, there is a LOT of Destane/Mozenrath rape, of course of course xD But Aladdin saves Mozenrath from death or a dungeon by his charms. He and Moz are still enemies and don't trust each other, but Aladdin couldn't let something that terrible happen to anyone.

Just as Mozenrath fears and taunts, the gauntlet is beginning to take over Aladdin. His flesh begins to rot beneath it, his attitude and outlook gets dark and selfish, he becomes cruel and heartless. At first Mozenrath would have preferred to hang around Aladdin because he would feel safer than being around Destane, now Aladdin is just as dangerous and moody and cruel.

Aladdin forgets his friends, his wife, his home, everything, and lusts to learn more magic and tries to get more power for himself. He resents Destaine's control and keeps trying to find ways of sneaking power. Somewhere deep in his heart, his real self still remains, and his true goal remains, that of defeating Destane and destroying the gauntlet, but that is easy to forget when he suddenly has incredible destructive power.

I will never write a fanfic of this lol. I don't write fics anymore. Will I make a comic of this? omg I doubt it. I wish I had that kind of concentration and discipline. But I do want to draw more stuff from it, though. I really love it. Aladdin is my favorite anyway; I'm just creaming myself to imagine him evil and harsh and short tempered and powerful.
